Frequently Asked Questions
Our rates are all-inclusive and cover a wide range of services including professional chauffeur services, unlimited mileage, fuel costs and toll charges. These rates apply to services within Dubai. For services rendered in other Emirates, an additional charge of AED 150 per trip applies.
For additional stops during your transfer service, an extra fee of AED 75 per 30-minute interval applies, up to a maximum of 60 minutes. If you wish to extend the service beyond the half-day or full-day duration, an additional hourly charge of AED 150 applies.
You can make a booking by calling us or sending a message via WhatsApp at +971 58 649 7861. We are available 24/7. Alternatively, you can make an online reservation through our website. For us to provide an accurate quote, please provide the service date, pickup time, and service type during booking. If you require a specific vehicle not listed on our website, we will do our utmost to meet your request.
We provide a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes from the actual flight landing time for airport transfers, as tracked via our flight tracking system and 15 minutes for non-airport transfer service. If the waiting time exceeds this, an additional AED 75 per extra 30 minutes will be charged.
We offer secure payment options via a payment link that can be used to pay with debit/credit cards. We accept all major cards. Cash payment and bank transfer is also an option. Regardless of the payment method chosen, you can request an invoice for your records.
To cancel a booking, we require a 48-hour notice. Any booking cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee depending on the type of booking.
All our drivers are professional and have substantial experience in limousine service, ensuring a safe and reliable travel experience for our clients.
