What does the rate include?
Every rate includes your professional chauffeur, fuel, Salik and parking. There are no hidden costs and your quote sets out the full amount before you confirm.
How do I reserve, and can I request a specific vehicle?
Reserve online in minutes, or call or WhatsApp our concierge desk on +971 58 649 7861 at any hour. If the vehicle you have in mind is not listed, tell us and we will do our best to arrange it.
What if I need additional stops, or the day runs long?
Additional stops are charged by vehicle type for each 30-minute interval, up to one hour. If your plans extend, the booking extends with them by the hour. Our desk is available around the clock.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, bank transfers and cash. For card payments we share a secure payment link once your reservation is confirmed. Invoices are available on request.
Are there any additional fees I should know about?
Journeys outside Dubai carry an additional fee by vehicle type. Your quote states the full amount before you confirm, and nothing changes after it.
Can I cancel and receive a refund?
Yes. Cancel at least 48 hours before your pick-up time and the booking is refunded in full.
Can I rebook?
Yes. Reservations can be rebooked for up to 15 days from the time of booking.
