What does a UMC Dubai airport transfer include?
UMC Dubai runs airport transfers across the UAE — Dubai (DXB, DWC), Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Al Ain. Your chauffeur tracks the flight, meets you at arrivals with a name board and drives you door to door. Every rate is a flat fee that includes the car, chauffeur, fuel, Salik tolls and parking, confirmed before booking, never metered.

How does the meet & greet work?
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name board, assists with your luggage and walks you to the car.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight from departure. If it is delayed, the booking moves with it and your chauffeur is there when you land.
How long will the chauffeur wait at the airport?
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from the moment you land, which covers immigration and baggage. Beyond that, waiting is charged at the car's hourly rate.
What does the transfer rate include?
Your chauffeur, fuel, Salik and parking. Transfers ending outside Dubai carry an additional fee by vehicle type, stated in your quote.
Can I add a stop on the way?
Yes. On a transfer, additional stops are charged by vehicle type for each 30-minute interval, up to one hour, and stated in your quote. At-disposal and hourly blocks already include stops.
Which airports do you cover?
All UAE airports: Dubai International, Al Maktoum, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Al Ain, at any hour of the day or night.
