Privacy notice

UMC Dubai collects the details you provide when reserving, including name, contact details, pick-up and drop-off information, and flight details where relevant, solely to operate your journey and to confirm and invoice your booking. We do not sell personal data. Booking communications take place over WhatsApp, phone or email at your choice; payment is handled through secure third-party payment links and we do not store card numbers. The reservation map and address suggestions on this site are provided by Google Maps, which processes the addresses you type under Google’s own privacy policy. Where you have agreed at the time of booking, we may also use the email address you provide to send occasional marketing messages about our services; you can opt out at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any such message or by writing to us. For any privacy request, including opting out of marketing or deletion of your booking history, write to contact@umcdubai.ae.

This site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors move through our pages, by way of aggregated usage metrics, heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity runs in its strictest masking mode: all on-page text, including everything typed into the reservation and contact forms, is masked in your browser and is never transmitted to Microsoft. The usage data that is collected is processed by Microsoft under its own privacy statement.

UMC Dubai operates an internal, read-only application that connects to our own Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Search Console accounts to produce internal performance reports. Access is authorised solely by our own company Google account. The application does not access, request, store or share any Google account data belonging to customers or website visitors. Information retrieved is read in a private session by company staff, is not sold or transferred to third parties, and no copy is retained in any external system.
