Inside the block you set the route: a morning of meetings, an afternoon of shopping, a day of viewings. The chauffeur waits between stops and keeps the car close, and there is no per-trip meter — one rate covers the whole block.
Five hours or ten.
The service is booked in blocks. A five-hour block suits an afternoon or an evening; a ten-hour block covers a full day’s programme. On a Dubai booking a five-hour block starts from AED 700 and a ten-hour day from AED 1,000, all-inclusive — the exact figure depends on the class of car. Single transfers, and shorter or bespoke arrangements, are quoted on request; the five-hour block is the usual minimum for at-disposal hire. What the block includes.
Every block covers the car, a vetted chauffeur, fuel, Salik and parking, with unlimited city mileage and water and chargers in the car. There is no meter and no surge. Anything beyond the agreed block — extra hours on the day, or a leg outside the emirate — is agreed with you in advance, never added after.

Can I extend the block on the day?
Yes. If the day runs long the block extends by the hour; the extra time is agreed with you on the day, never added afterwards.
Where can the car take me during the block?
Anywhere within the city, with unlimited mileage. A leg outside the emirate is arranged in advance, so the rate is settled before you set off.
