Dubai has two airports and the meeting point differs at each. At Dubai International (DXB), the terminal depends on your carrier — Terminal 3 for Emirates and select flydubai codeshares, Terminal 2 for most flydubai and regional carriers, Terminal 1 for other international airlines. At Terminals 1 and 2 your chauffeur waits with a name board just past the baggage hall; at Terminal 3 the greeting is board-free and we confirm the exact meeting point with you on WhatsApp before you land. At Al Maktoum (DWC) in Dubai South, a single arrivals hall keeps the meet simple. Drive times set expectations: from DXB, Downtown and DIFC are typically around 15 minutes outside peak, Business Bay a little less, and Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah or JBR closer to 30–35. From DWC, the Marina and Palm sit nearer than the Downtown core. The route’s Salik toll gates — Airport Tunnel, Al Garhoud, Al Safa on the Marina run — are already in your fixed rate, so nothing is added afterwards. Dubai’s long-haul flights from Europe and the Americas often land before dawn; the chauffeur is there for a 3 a.m. arrival exactly as for a midday one, tracking the flight so an early or delayed landing simply moves the pick-up.
For most Dubai arrivals, the Mercedes S-Class and Cadillac Escalade are the usual choices.

How does the meet & greet work at DXB and DWC?
At Terminals 1 and 2, and at Al Maktoum International, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name board. At Terminal 3, your chauffeur welcomes you at arrivals — we confirm the exact meeting point with you on WhatsApp before you land, so there is no searching for signage. If you prefer Dubai Airports’ official Greet & Go reception at Terminal 3, we arrange it on request.
What happens if my flight into Dubai is delayed?
We track your flight from departure, so a delay or an early landing simply moves the pick-up. Dubai's long-haul arrivals often land before dawn, and the chauffeur is there for a 3 a.m. landing exactly as for a midday one, with no charge for the changed time.
