1. Scope of Services: Our rates are all-inclusive and cover a wide range of services including professional chauffeur services, unlimited mileage, fuel costs and toll charges. These rates apply to services within Dubai. For services rendered in other Emirates, an additional charge of AED 150 per trip applies.
2. Additional Stops and Extensions: Additional stops during the transfer service will be charged an extra fee of AED 75 per 30-minute interval. If the service is extended beyond the half-day or full-day duration, an additional hourly charge of AED 150 will apply.
3. Waiting Time: A complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes from the actual flight landing time is provided for airport transfers. If the waiting time exceeds this limit, an additional AED 75 per extra 30 minutes will be charged.
4. Booking and Vehicle Request: Booking can be done via call, WhatsApp, or through our website. For accurate quotations, the service date, pickup time, vehicle and service type must be provided.
5. Chauffeur Expertise and Language Proficiency: All our chauffeurs are seasoned professionals with substantial experience. They are proficient in English, Urdu, and Arabic. Specific language requirements may be accommodated, subject to availability.
6. Payment and Cancellation Policy: Payments can be made via secure links for all major debit and credit cards. An invoice will be provided. For cancellations, a 48-hour notice is required. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
7. Travel Restrictions: Our chauffeur service covers travel anywhere within Dubai or to another Emirate city. However, certain restrictions might apply under unforeseen circumstances or during major events. Any such restrictions will be communicated in advance.
8. Liability: Our company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, roadworks, or traffic congestion.
9. Privacy: Personal data collected during the booking process will be used strictly for providing the requested services. We adhere to strict data protection and privacy policies.
10. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to our customers.
