Dubai Airport to Ras Al Khaimah: Transfer Times to the Resorts

Why most Ras Al Khaimah guests land in Dubai

Ras Al Khaimah International (RKT) is a small, calm airport with a short walk from the aircraft to the hall, but its scheduled and charter flights are limited. Most guests arrive on the long-haul networks into Dubai and are driven north, and the resorts are used to it: arrivals are logged by flight number, and a chauffeur transfer from DXB is the ordinary way in. Where the chauffeur meets you

At Dubai International the terminal depends on the carrier. Terminal 3 serves Emirates and some flydubai codeshares, and the greeting there is board-free: we confirm the exact meeting point with you on WhatsApp before you land. At Terminals 1 and 2 the chauffeur waits with a name board just past the baggage hall. At Al Maktoum (DWC) a single arrivals hall keeps it simple, and from DWC the run to the northern emirates joins the E311 quickly. The flight is tracked from departure, so a delayed or early landing moves the pick-up at no charge, and 60 minutes of waiting from landing are inside the rate. The E311 runs inland of the Dubai traffic and clears the city quickly outside the peaks; the Dubai leg is the variable part, and a landing that falls inside the morning or evening peak is routed around the worst of it. When RKT is the better airport

If a charter or a regional flight lands you at Ras Al Khaimah International, the resorts and Al Marjan Island are 20 to 25 minutes away and the city centre nearer 15. How the Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah transfer is quoted

A DXB or DWC to Ras Al Khaimah run is an inter-emirate transfer, and it is quoted as one fixed figure for the car class before you travel rather than read from a per-emirate table.
